Same-day room attendants, public-area housekeepers, laundry support, and deep-clean crews for hotels, resorts, and cabin rentals from Knoxville to Gatlinburg. Family-owned in South Knoxville since 2012. We’re in the people business, and we’d love to help fill your rooms.
Hotel housekeeping isn’t one job. It’s a department with shift starts at 8am, public-area work that runs all day, laundry that has to keep up, a deep-clean cycle that nobody wants to miss, and a check-out wave at 11 that decides whether you’re ready for the next guest. We staff each of these differently because they’re different jobs.
Stripping beds, making beds, bathroom turnover, restocking amenities, and trash. We send pre-screened room attendants who know hotel rhythm, work from a board, and respect Do Not Disturb. For most Knoxville and Smokies properties, we can have a 4-person crew on property within a few hours when someone calls out.
Lobby, hallways, elevators, fitness center, breakfast room, pool deck, and meeting space. These are the eyes-on-property roles guests notice most. We dispatch experienced attendants for branded properties that have public-area inspection scores to protect.
On-site laundry attendants for hotels that run their own commercial laundry, plus extra hands during peak summer and Smokies leaf season when the linen volume gets ahead of staff. We can also stage laundry runners for properties with a separate building.
Carpet shampoo and steam, mattress flips, refrigerator and microwave deep clean, vent and ceiling fan dust, balcony and patio detail. Common after a guest leaves a heavy mess, between owner stays at a vacation rental, or on the seasonal cycle before a busy weekend.
Convention center reset, ballroom flip, post-banquet cleanup, and rapid turnover between back-to-back events. Cross-references our event staffing bench.
Specific to the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg market: 10am check-out to 4pm check-in, sometimes 60+ cabins on a Saturday. We send turnover teams that know the cabin layout (lofts, multiple bathrooms, hot tubs) and the timing problem. See housekeeper staffing in Pigeon Forge and housekeeper staffing in Gatlinburg.
We dispatch from our office at 4408 Chapman Highway in South Knoxville to hotels and resorts across the region. Local crews mean shorter drive times, faster backfills, and people who actually know the property:
Honestly, this is the biggest difference between us and hiring direct or using a 1099 day-labor app:
For most calls before 10am, same day. Our dispatch office is on Chapman Highway, and we keep an active pool of pre-screened housekeepers across Knox, Blount, and Sevier counties so we’re not building a crew from scratch. Honestly, the further out you are from Knoxville, the more it depends on the day, but Smokies turnover days we plan around all week.
Call us right away at 865-247-4957. Backfilling housekeeping is one of the things we work hardest on, because we know an unmade room at 4pm is a refund risk. We’ll be honest with you about how fast we can fill the spot. On weekends in Pigeon Forge during peak season, we already plan for backfills before they happen.
Yes. Most of our hospitality dispatch is weekends and holidays because that’s when hotels need the most coverage. Overnight turndown is less common but we staff it when properties need it. We’ll quote those shifts up front.
Many are. We’ll match the assignment to experience level. For inspection-graded branded properties we send our most seasoned attendants. For straightforward room turnover at independents and motels, we have a broader pool. Tell us what you need and we’ll be honest about the match.
Yes, that’s a big part of what we do. Cabin turnover is its own animal: tight check-out to check-in window, multiple-bathroom layouts, hot tub and grill cleaning, sometimes 60+ cabins on a Saturday. We send turnover teams that handle this rhythm. The Pigeon Forge housekeeper page goes deeper.
Rates vary by region, by role (room attendant vs deep clean vs banquet turnover), and by whether the shift is weekday, weekend, or holiday. We’ll quote you up front when you call. Our rate covers the worker’s pay plus payroll taxes plus workers’ comp plus screening, so it’s one number with no surprises.
W-2, always. Every worker we send is our employee. We carry their taxes, their workers’ comp, and the I-9 paperwork. We don’t do 1099 day-labor housekeeping. The protection from misclassification risk is worth it for the hotel and the worker.
Yes. Owner-to-renter or renter-to-renter deep cleans (mattress flips, refrigerator and microwave detail, carpet shampoo, vent dust, balcony) are a regular request from cabin rental managers and individual owners. Tell us the scope and the deadline and we’ll quote it.
No. We send the people. You supply the linens, chemicals, vacuums, and carts you want them to use. Most of our hotel customers prefer it that way because their inspection standards are tied to specific products.
You skip the hiring, the payroll, the workers’ comp policy, the I-9 risk, and the unemployment exposure. You also get backfill on a phone call instead of an HR scramble. If we send you someone you want to keep, we have a temp-to-hire path that lets you bring them on full-time. Honestly, for most hotels, that combination is the reason they call us.
